Francois Grobbelaar started Neo Aluminium in May 2012, with a handful of people and a few small projects to begin with, and the hope of becoming one of the leading companies in custom aluminium products.

As the business started growing, he made the decision to expand and add the Neo Frameless division to the group.

Today, Neo Aluminium and Neo Frameless are successful manufacturers and installers of custom aluminium and frameless products across all sectors. Recently, the company has further expanded by introducing a new section called NEO Shutterworx, which specialises in custom shutter solutions, adding even more diversity to their product offering and solidifying their position in the market.

With a fully functioning factory, skilled and precise estimators, competent site and project managers, and 10 complete installation teams, the Neo Group is still striving towards bigger and better, while maintaining a strong company culture and a high level of client satisfaction.
